From where you live i'll take the rain over the snow any day... how cold does it get there? Mark, Kind of a vague question. The average Jan/Feb temperature is 12 degree F where I live which is an altitude of 3000 ft. The average temperature for the same period off the mountain is about 10 degrees warmer. I really do enjoy the weather here. Go figure<G> Glenn
