H20shinsky: I think there wouldn't be as much ill feelings and controversy on this thread if people posting paid promo pieces on DCHT would call them that, rather than calling them "research reports". The latter term has a specific meaning on Wall Street, referring to a report prepared by a brokerage firm on its own initiative, without being paid shares in the company to do so. Every one of the so called research reports on DCHT posted here have been paid for, either directly by the company, or as in this case, by its "consultants", RAM Capital. (RAM Capital was the one who paid 50,000 shares of DCHT to Research Investment Group, aka "Mr. Metals", for the last puff piece.)

As to the content of the piece, what little financial information it contains is all suspect, since the company has yet to submit any audited financials to the SEC. At the rate the company is giving out its shares to promoters and internet spammers, it may have many more shares outstanding than this report claims it has.

The five year projections of sales and earnings are ludicrous for a company that has sold well under $1 million of anything so far. The fact that in a few months DCHT will unveil a PEM fuel cell is meaningless; anyone can make one--the issue is designing one with some proprietary advantages and mass producing them at a low enough cost that they will find a market. There is no evidence as yet that DCHT's PEM design will be any different than what dozens of other companies have come up with, and the company does not appear to have the financing or manufacturing expertise for low cost mass production.

Perhaps DCHT can overcome all these hurdles, but there is no evidence in that "research report" that it can. If the company wants to entitle these pieces "Our Dream for the Future" or something like that, fine, but for it and its agents to claim that these advertisements are "research reports" as the term is used on Wall Street, that is misleading.

I hope someone from the company has been reading my posts. If so, I would like to give a message to management: Assuming you are not intentionally running a scam, you evidently don't realize that by paying for these bogus "reports" and paying spammers to post them everywhere, you are giving people the false impression that DCHT is a crooked promotion, rather than a real company. That reputation will spread amongst the very customers you will need to succeed as a business. You may think that the "Dr." Harveys and Mr. Metals of the world are helping your company, but in the long run, they are actually hurting your chances for success.
