Open letter to John Young and Joe Marengi (very brief). I must say, after reading the WSJ today, with regard to Deutches Telekom AG's embrace of Netscape Communications over Novell products I am to put it mildy, disappointed. That, is an understatement. Your performance as CEO, and President respectively since August, 1996 have shown me, at best, performance as "caretakers", and placators to the stockholders. You and your managers are arrogant, self-delusional, and insulated from reality on a grand scale. I am now convinced of this. You exemplify this by repeatedly doing nothing while NT is kicking your butt big-time. I will vote my proxy to oust you. ...Joe
