Well at 3000 feet i guess so( hope you have a beautiful view to go with the cold); that's too cold for me. This winter was freaky cold and dry here ; the lowest it got down to was 18 degrees F and that's cold for being in the San Joaquin Valley; it hurt a lot of plants in my yard this yr... i hope we don't see any frost this spring here when the grapes start to bud leaves; if it does, it'll be a light crop this yr.
