You are not looking at the value of their other assets and potential spinoffs - more than account for remaining debt - you have to give value to those cable assets.

In addition, I will gladly bet anything that the IPO will move much much higher than 33% or $10. Between Goldman/Morgan combo, the MSFT purchase , the alliance, the limited float and the Barrons recommendation there is no doubt in my mind. The pricing also has yet to be set - don't be surprised by an increase.

Good luck if you don't buy - to me it's a no brainer
