Neither AOL or YHOO has that kind of cash, and do you really think that DIS shareholders would accept hyperinflated stock (AOL or YHOO) as currency in return for their shares of DIS? Absolutely, no .....

Tech, I fully agree with you. I have owned Dis since 1972. I don't
think I like to have my shares purchased and paid for with AOL
or even worse, YAHOO((!!!!!!!??) shares. Now, if they pay me a premium of 30 to 40 percent, I accept the money and will go to a greener pasture.
