Sometimes I think I understand you. But not always. For when you write:
"The elected have to stop urinating on the heads of the electorate and selling it as acid free rain!"

Is this?
A. A plea for truth in advertising?
B. A warning that swindlers often come cloaked as environmentalists
C. A surreal comment on holistic urinalysis (http://www.quackwatch.com/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/Tests/reams.html) that is yet another example of the needs of the electorate to participate in even the most nefarious profits accumulated by their leaders

And while I shudder at this vision "Politicians as we know them today will be become absolute.", could it be that you actually meant to write
"obsolete"?

If so, may I surmise that your philosophy is loosely based on pragmatism: "Corruption will always be present among the elected so why not tax it."

Certainly, this thought deserves it's chance to reach a "proper axiomatic orbit"

And I can offer no lofty alternative (at least today).
