<Dell-China> Joe,in case you didn't know Dell's China plant only became operational in Sep.98,what is that 5 months or so? Give it time and see what happens. Also Legend has always been No.1 PC maker in China for obvious reasons but don't be so sure they remain their for too long,they still may remain No1 for quite a while but then again hey may not,besides the Chinese market is growing so fast there is room for a few including Dell. Another point to remember is that Legend is No.1 is because they sell cheap computers to the price conscious customers sort of like why Compaq is No.1 PC maker in the world (Wonder why Dell is the NO.1 PC vendor in the business segment in the U.S?)but this trend is changing as evidenced by a couple of articles I posted yesterday,and the reports came from China.
