Mr. A--you're in good company: the damned Zenit took the wind, the credit cards, and the zip out of everybody and their portfolio. Well I suppose it's a legitimate reminder that being on the cutting edge means more than exhiliration: sometimes it means big time skinned knees too.
Well as the Romans used to say: "Illegatamti non carborundum est" which roughly translates into: "Don't let the bastards grind you down". We're up for a second effort and this one will be a boffo success; you heard it here first.
Particularly glad to hear that you've delved in to the UCSB scene in some detail. Thanks for explaining why Vandenberg doesn't work as well as Canaveral. What a pity. OTOH, we certainly wouldn't want to see debris raining downing on those beaches--not with what I saw on them last visit down. Best, Mike
