Phillip: If you look closely, he changed his company's name to a variation of Disney, a company which more zealously guards its trademark than any company in the world. Bet the house and the back forty that their Corporate Counsel will receive a copy of this punks representation tomorrow morning. Moreover, the fact that he changed it to a variation of Disney, after using a variation of Dream Works demonstrates a pattern of willfull misconduct wherein he is repeatedly misrepresenting himself to be an employee of well-known multimedia giant. Hey Rocky--Think about it. You are conducting a pattern of fraudulent misrepresentation over the Internet. Can you say RICO?
