I thought you were long IMON - sorry my mistake. I definitly agree with the short postion on that stock and if it stays where it is I will join you. I have no "difficulty" discussing anything about UIHIA and if you checked this and the Yahoo thread you would know that. I think you are dead wrong on your valuation of UIHIA and I guess we will all see post IPO what happens to UIHIA now wont we. Your statement that the remaining debt reduces the 2/1 ratio of UIHIA to UPC is just dead wrong - the debt is remains a fixed number and has nothing to do with the 2/1 ratio. The fact is I disagree with you and there is not "so much difficulty" with that. Im anxious to here your explanation about the how the debt reduces the ratio. This should be interesting. The value (as opposed to hype potential) of Bid.com is definitly questionable but I wont get into that here, not that I have "difficulty" with that. LOL
