Hi,

I have a hard time with this concept. True, I found, or at least narrowed my picks in buying a house with the net - but mortgage banking? On A loans, I still see folks going the traditional route to the local bank or a nationwide lender such as Countrywide which sells out of retail agencies and through brokers. As for the sub-prime market, the nation is awash in mortgage brokers who deal in these loans quickly and professionally. I'll close by saying I live in rural America. Perhaps the concept will go in urban areas where the infrastructure of attorneys, mortgage and title companies is in place to actually carry out the mechanics of closing these loans.
