I think Kevin is correct to have a stop right under 20. Most using T/A will bail if 20 is broken. Kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy. However, fundamentally Quantum is strong and 16-17 would present a terrific buying opportunity. Kevin should be ready to buy quickly after getting stopped out. I think we are talking about a few points here. We shall see as they say.
