We have had this discussion on and off for about 1-1/2 years
now regarding what the Japanese must do and what they are likely to do. I agree with your prescription for helping the Japanese economy, but I am still skeptical if the Japanese public will
react in a positive way. My reasons are based on cultural and demographic factors. They will hunker down is my prediction.
