Dan, all opinions expressed courteously are welcome. I can assure you this, RAM would not go out of it's way to break or bend any securities rules or it wouldn't have bothered using a disclaimer to begin with. Additionally all financial projections contained references with links to their origin. It is clear that all of the information contained in their report is from publicly available sources that are verifiable. However, if upon further review by it's attorney's it is determined that they need to disclose anything further about their position, they will surely do so as they are in DCHT for the long haul and are sensitive to the appearance factor.
