I'm afraid that you are way ahead of me on this one, JP. I don't know the breakdown on those accounts. Some are web hosting, some are direct access, some are businesses which command more than the $25US you specified, and there are also a number of non-Internet-related services that Xin Hai offers. Too vague for me to even speculate on at this time without putting in some serious effort. Perhaps someone else has already done that work for us. Anyone? = Also, the cover page for this thread makes a statement early on to the effect that: "The agreement provides Xin Net with 100% participation in Xin Hai's expansion." What, specifically, does "participation" mean in this context? Can someone answer this?
