It's not clear to me what you meant by that statement. For the sake of clarification, would you care to explain?

I'd say it's pretty obvious. On 3 October Mikey exhorted shareholders to "send in their certs", with the promise that they'd be replaced by new certificates and a whopping 5% stock dividend within 45 days.

So people dumb enough not to hold their AZNT stock in street name are screwed, aren't they? Can't trade till Self-Transfer Sylver decides to let 'em.

As I asked yesterday: who's really holding stock "hostage"? Hint: it ain't the DTC.
