Dougie, since you are not capable of answering the questions, I'll help you out:

To everyone interesting in BII and their CASH position:

BII, to date, has not closed their latest financing. They are awaiting final receipt from the TSE.

BII has, however, received $7,343,843 from the financing. The other monies are held in escrow until final receipt is received from the TSE. BII expects to receive this final receipt before the end of February.
