Mike, Brad, Annie, and all BANY longs:

I must say, I am a little disappointed that nobody has been willing to share their thoughts on the SEC filing. IMO it is an action packed filing with all kinds of interesting implications.

I have done some extensive DD this weekend, but I am a little hesitant to be the only one posting. My inclination is to buy more on Monday before we get a PR or trading date, then post my detailed analysis once my position is larger, and more people are on board. Maybe that's what everyone else is thinking, and that's why nobody else is posting. To whet your appetites, here are some of the research topics I've written up (maybe I'll just post one per night all this week):

- Top Ten Reasons to Buy BANY
- This is What Other BB Stocks Look Like When They Begin Trading
- 4 Valuation Models for BANY/ANYI
- Trends of 5 Recent Backdoor IPOs (why to sell before trading begins)
- A Comparison of Earnings Among ANYI's Peers on BB and Nasdaq

I can share that the BANY SEC filing has not been widely discussed on SI this weekend as I thought it might be. In fact, I haven't seen anyone other than myself post anything about the actual filing. I even offered to e-mail it to anyone who wanted it, no takers.

At this point I think the proper discussion may be how good an opportunity BANY offers to those of us that have been following it closely. Until a PR comes out, we may all have a great opportunity to load up before BANY reaches any of the projected valuations in the $3-5 range. Heck, all the folks over at Yahoo didn't find out about the SEC filing until the market was almost closed, they thought it was a mistake.

Based on my research, I view anything less than $1.5 as a great buy, and my lowest limit order to sell is now in the $2 range, up from $1.50 on Friday.

I would like to see some more posts before trading begins tomorrow, and I hope to reach Sitra in the a.m. to see if there are any other filings needed before we could trade. To the best of my knowledge, this was the only required filing before ANYI could go back to NASD and ask for permission to start trading.

Anyone care to comment of the status of the ANYI SI thread. Is j. Saf still doing this? I know I asked before, but could you post the link to the draft?

Thanks in advance.
