*ENZH IMPORTANT INFO** I was going to put off putting this recent Info on the board but the number of e-mails coming in to me is growing. Here is the data I have collected. It is refrenced by as many sourses that I could locate. If anyone has something that is not posted here, I welcome it. ENZH: MORE INFO ON PRICE RISE Ok well I thought I was on to something great but apparently It all crashed and burned when I found 2 things that really point to a "no dice" situation for this stock. I will however post the information that I gathered so that you can see for yourselves what was going on. This link takes you to a page that shows that ENZH is now called the "Braxton group". Braxton Ind Biotechnology (BIO) Braxton Group (The) is a producer of immunodiagnostic urinary proteins. Formed in 1991. This information was confirmed in writing on 17-Mar-98. What I do not like is the "Independant private US company" Private companies are not "public" and thus do not trade on the stock market. Now apparently people have been trading a "shell" and someone is taking the money from you. In the link below, you will find that ENZH is "unassigned" allstocks.com You will notice that the "braxton Group" is not assigned to this. Now from the first link I mentioned, you will see the URL: toilets.com It is unclear if PORTA JOHN and the Braxton group are the same company BUT they have the same address. I suspect some kind of aliance. At this time I am still looking for the link/page but I read that porta john went to Enzymes to see if they could help them do something about the odor generated in the porta john by Urine. Enzymes told porta john that the Urine collected contains valuable proteins that can be used for pharmesuetical purposes. One of the things that can be made is called "UROKONASE". The problem was that large amounts of urine would produce only a small amount of proteins...thus making it extremely valuable....porta john has the urine problem solved!!! they can get plenty....thus the "aliance". check this link: zetatalk.com It will show you that ENZH had plans to market "UROKONASE" This summer refers to the summer of 1998. I know this from the web page I cannot find..It is possible that this did occur but under the rule of the Braxton group. Now I am going to get to the reason the price jumped. First go to this link and read this..it is dated 12/98 fda.gov this one too: nando.net Basically, there is a shortage of product. On feb 4th...this story was published showing the benefits of this product. pslgroup.com Well gang, ENZH appears to be a dog. It also appears that what was left of it became the "braxton Group" and does not trade on the market. The braxton group will do quite well given that there is a shortage of a product they can produce. The reason ENZH jumped in volume and price is that people may still be associating ENZYMES OF AMERICA with the Braxton group. I did too thats why I am here now. WIth ENZH being classified as "unassigned", I would not even waste a phone call to Porta john / Braxton group.
