Hi Marty - thx for the response. Yes, the value stocks, especially the smaller cap ones, tend to be illiquid until they are *discovered*. I ve a punch of others that sustain serious damage even before the R2K meltdown last year and they have drifted even lower since.

I am all tapped out [not gonna to put more fresh money in the portfolio <sg>] but I am contemplating swapping out of some of my current holdings for HTCO [at least the latter paid a decent yield!]

It sounds like you are from MN, per chance, if you are willing, would you please give me some ideas how the business market conditions for HTCO in your area.

According the writeup in the MF newsletter I receive. It is in the niche area serving rural regions, but it is still competing with US West. My greater concern is its Cellular One asset. In the major metro areas [top 50 cities, let say,] there is a definite move from cellular to pcs [such as Sprint PCS <I hold a little of that> or AT&T one rate,] what's the picture in MN?
