For crying out loud, lighten up! BII is a turd, a flying turd, one that might go up on the Nasdaq listing, but will eventually fall apart like all the I-Nuts will. So whether you are short or long, you might make money either way.
There are safer ways of making money that putting playing this piece of junk. Putting money in BII is closer to playing blackjack than investing. Good luck to both of you, may you both make money.
