I just noticed that "Franklin Resources" has accumulated 6.9% of the outstanding stock of Cohu. The SEC filing is sec.gov Anytime a large block is acquired that is a good sign. It also confirms a feeling that I had watching Cohu trading activity over the month or two when every large trade seemed to be on the buy side as if there was an aggressive buyer when a larger block was traded (5 to 10k or more shares). Hopefully there are some others accumulating shares now. Such a bargain compared to the likes of TER, AMAT, etc.. Good luck.
