BTW, I've always wondered, on level II for the MM's specifically (not a private trader using a level II screen) , is there any special designation or advanced order viewing capability which only MM's have that would indicate to them that an order, not currently marketable, is a stop order vs an order that is just a limit order waiting to become marketable? I've often felt like as soon as I place a stop order, it seems that the bid and ask move to exactly my stop order point -just to stop me out, then move back to where they were prior to me entering the stop order. I'm either paranoid, cynical, or just a victim of wild coincidence.

Can you tell I consider MM's the enemy? It can be war in the trading field - for sure.
