I do not mean to be combative, but what am I missing here? RAM states in the disclaimer that it is a consultant. Do consultants normally expect remuneration, or do they work for nothing?
Ram pays RIG 50,000 shares to write a promotional piece, is this done out of generosity by someone wishing to improve the price of a stock they hold?
If they are acting as an individual investor, why is a disclaimer necessary?
You seem to have information about RAM, that is not available to the rest of us. If you would share it, perhaps we would all understand the situation more thoroughly.
