Am looking forward to Promis shares being converted to PRIA. Although the exact exchange ratio is still not known based on the low and high collar for PRIA share price, Promis is still trading at a discount. Not clear the exact amount though. By this week, the exchange ratio should be known. If any one wants to take advantage of this, call IR, Promis Systems to confirm the exchange ratio.
