H James -- Have you heard grumblings about the convert issue doing badly in the after market? Barron's today said they were down 11% since they were issued -- causing some real annoyance -- with the stock down only 5%. So the buyers were long a 'security' down 11% and short a 'security' down 5% -- makes for some unhappiness -- yes?
