If RAM is indeed doing this out of the goodness of their heart, then I applaud them. To accept that as fact however, I would need more information. What exactly is the connection which earns the title "Independant Consultant"? If they are just another shareholder, albeit a large one, why post a disclaimer at all? Disclaimers by design, are usually for those that receive compensation, would you not agree?
