My statement is clear, and I agree with you that a reasonable person could come to an entirely different conclusion and that is entirely within their right to do so, and they have a right to be wrong; but I am not here to be the voice of clarity on the issues and concerns you raise as they are matters for the courts to decide. Somehow I don't think this has anything to do with the company or it's stock, but has turned more into whether or not people have the right to conduct their business the way they see fit to do so and that I am certain has no place on this thread.

Wtihout acknowledging your reference that I may have more information that the rest of you about RAM, I can state publicly that I am not in a position to comment on that. I am sorry if that isn't good enough, but RAM is a private consultant, and that is about as much as anyone has a right to know at this time, and that is my last comment on that issue.

Let's get back to the main event, DCHT and its fututre.
