a tax question . . . i've been daytrading for about a year now at suretrade. i get hundreds of confirmation flyers - 'order recieved 1000 shares' etc . . . should i be keeping all of these? someone told me those don't matter but come the end of the year they will send a big file of all my stock transactions. one for me - one for the irs. i'm kinda clueless honestly - i've been looking for a new car and ready to withdraw about 20K spending cash. (wspn haha) is this money all mine? already taxed? pay in the future?
