Yes, we've all heard that response at some point in time, we just don't expect it from adults and that was essentially what you said. As for your totally misguided and ignorant [can you do us a favor and look that word up? Perhaps we're not getting through because of a comprehension problem] opinion about securities law, it's a violation of the law to fabricate damaging information about a company, PERIOD. Brokers and other securities professionals have their own set of rules, that's what the SEC is interested in.

Borland's management is as incompetent as their operations indicate and this back-to-the-future name change is only the latest and most visible evidence of it. Obviously you would prefer that we not make such glaringly accurate observations because you are long, but that isn't misinformation. In fact, you obviously don't even know what misinformation is. Let me suggest that you at least gain a child's level of understanding of what's appropriate and what's not before coming in here and trying to intimidate us with your laughable threats.
