You are stating you have no position in BII. If this is in fact the case why do you post here? Why do you care if margins will sink.

This statement is not correct. Of course he has the option of not selecting BII if he felt there was no upside. Mutual fund managers don't tout stocks. They discuss their potential if they are asked by the media or they will offer some of their holdings to a reporter which is a matter of public record anyway. They do not tout.

"WALDO ,I believe is a paid tout just doing his job."

Are you certain of this because if you are not then you are slandering him and he could sue you if he takes offence to your characterization of being "a paid tout". I find this term offensive.
