WCTI News For Week of 2/8 I spoke to K. Bell late last week and would like to relate parts of my conversation that I think the WCTI investors on this thread will find very compelling. Ken informed me that in fact he was only a matter of a day or two from closing the capital investment deal I mentioned in a previous post. The deal is in the amount of low 8 figures. Between 10-12 million. This deal will not be immediately dilutive. As you can imagine this will have tremendous significance for the company and all shareholders. This infusion of cash first shows a great trust in the company, the product and the business plan. The information regarding this deal will be made public in the way of a press release. Ken believes this will take place middle of this week but absolutely prior to release. This cash will have an immediate and very positive impact on the company in that marketing the product and the site can be done in a big way. Additionally, the ability to complete the SEC Form 10 required to convert to the NASDAQ exchange will be sped up once this deal is completed. We also talked about the SPYHOP site. Ken was very excited about the look that the site has and said that not only is the Wordcruncher technology better than the competitors but the look of the site was very fresh and set SPYHOP apart from the competition. Indy Interactive will continue to make additions to the site on an ongoing basis. Content will also be expanding very rapidly. Brodeur, Porter and Novelli the company's PR firm is working feverishly in developing the media spots the will benefit the product launch most. Finally, Ken told me that Wordcruncher (SPYHOP) will be presented at the 1999 INTERNET WORLD SHOW which is the worlds largest E-Commerce and Internet Technology show in April 1999. I believe the dates are the 14th to 18th. In closing I believe the next few weeks are going to be very exciting ones for all of those investors who haven't waivered in there belief in this technology. The company is poised to make big things happen and the only attribute one needs to benefit is patience. I believe everyones best expectations will be surpassed.
