You are obviously right to do research, but one should also question a company who's fiscal results were largely dependent a contract from a company who stands to collect banking fees from a secondary offering.

SO, if the shoe fits, then I'm not biting.

Good luck (I think you'll need it when the NETA lawsuit comes around).
