Dave: While it would sure be fun to go through the patent debate from a few months ago all over again, it would be pretty pointless. You took that out quote out of context. The bottom line is, still, no one would be demanding of Q to release their IPR for cheap if they didn't need it. Everybody's got patents. Not all patents are created equal. End of story.
