BHQUC float was showing 3.9 million (showed total shs out at 7.15) but that was before the convertible is taken into account which IS reflected in your total share count of 10.74 million.

IMO, the convertibles have been exercised into free trading shares (I think the prices were around 16-18 cents). That would take float to 5 - 6 million shares.

I think all that stock was sold in the .375 - .50 cent area.

So that is what has been holding us back this last week...
