can't be accurate since i follow many co.s but they do have, like every company, competition but idtc is on top of the game; therefore, i think it would be easy for the mistery-man to take a stake when deal with the creditors is over (they agree to spinoff). i rem. when idtc was at ~$4 but didn't buy it till recently at ~10 (sold all on run but bought most back). this co. is one of the cheap co.s around (internet + other reasons) i'm playing idtc and gymb (gymb has a proxy today, the 8th, for 2m stock-option program. do some dd you may like it. new website that hasn't hyped much. co. may give a push after option granted/priced). what i usually do is buy a small stake and then do more complete dd. in most cases they go up by the time i complete the dd. a stable co. with good reputaion/outlook is a most. above-average short position is preferred. small float good. major inst. holding not preferred in most cases. idtc is a super co. and am ok with inst. holding since the size is normal with these kinds of co. and will just have to live with that. i definitely like the increase shorts on idtc. major bull sign, imo.
please do own dd. happy investing you + all and good night.
