No.

The Pentium III is an enhanced Pentium II with 67 new (Katmai) instructions, 8 128-bit registers, enhanced write-through memory algorithms, and improved data streaming read operations.

It will first appear as a 500 MHz part built on the existing Intel 0.25 micron process.

Don't worry - Intel's ASPs will remain steady.
