This NOVA article says there are over 1 million variations of the HIV virus and that it constantly mutates. Your call for questions was to Kaiser but if you're not particular, here are some questions that interest me:

Is the AIDS vaccine meant to stop HIV infection or stop the onset of AIDS after HIV infection or reduce the devastating effects of AIDS? Will it be effective no matter the variation of the virus?

Does Pasteur have a timetable in place for bringing the TB vaccine to market?
