I'm not sure how to answer your question. It would be difficult to give you a percentage basis for my trading, I've been doing this for many years and the performance depends on market action. A percentage performance has to be based on something, but I can tell you some of my recent trades which I've posted in real time on the futures thread.

I bought SP's at 952.50 last October and sold them at 1190, I just went short at 1264.
