Patrick: I've done some more reading and it appears that Process Engineering refers to managing the process of developing new information systems. I, apparently like you, was an engineering major as an undergraduate and that was influencing my thinking. Their news relase with last quarters earnings seemed to indicate a good chance of returning to profitability this quarter. If this occurs we will probably see a $1-$2 bump in the stock price almost instantly. After researching this stock, I was able to pick-up a few shares in the $4 to $5 range, but not that many. It looks like a good stock but, I don't have enough shares to really make a killing on this one. Hopefully though, I'll be able to make some vacation money. Stay in touch; Tony
