WS Weather Report - Snow last night, Ice on Roads, Not TOO Bad (our schools are open, some have delayed openings)but bad enough to cause road and transportation delays this a.m. for what it's worth.
The newsblubbers are going at it KA-BOOM - Look at "Overnight Markets on AOL - the headlines say "Asian Stocks Mixed, European Stocks Lower" but when you look at the details it's really Asian Stocks Were HIGHER and European Stocks were MIXED Overnight.
Listening to the radio just now, announcer said "Wall Street Journal questions whether this current market downslide is in a Correction or a ROTATION - (haven't heard that word before but I got a feeling we'll be hearing it again before this shakeout is over)- A Rotation away from High Overvalued Tech Stock Prices.
So, the splits aren't enough, got to whack 'em too, looks like, eh?!
Okay Blue, Okay DJ, Better Late Than Never...today I'll Take A Deep Breath, Push The Button, Sell The Gift Internets, Buy 'Em Back Cheaper When They Hit Bottom, and Load Up My Powder Horn to Blast The Beast when he comes walking by. Better than having him sneak up behind me. So They went to the trouble of inventing a new buzzword - "Rotation". Good signal. Shares are still higher than they were during that "shakeout" so we did a good job hanging on to them.
DJ did you see the Microsoft News...MSFT is splitting up into 4 distinct Business/Consumer Units (of course this is not expected to affect the stock price or the market, so they announce). Gonna get me some of that there Microsoft soon, this time.
Thanks for the Warning guys and for the most excellent "Making A Million In Internets" Part IV, Blue. I am inspired. I will write about it and show my homework later after I get my daughter to school and watch the Open and then Push The Powder Button. Hope your migraines are gone this week, those are really awful. I get them once in awhile but not full magnitude like you, and my daughter had a bad one on Saturday, too. She gets them full-on. Her hands tingle and she gets feverish, nauseous, can't talk properly with these awful headaches. Her doctor said it's migraines and there's nothing to do about it but tylenol and rest (a few years ago I took her in to be examined when they started up). I hope someday a medicine will be invented to really fix them. This week when it will be important, hope both of us have our heads together. I was feeling exhausted this weekend, slept and rested much, sneezed a bit. So I'm almost all better but not quite...still don't want coffee this morning and that's how I'll know when recovery is complete.
So the -9.09 Signal Has Been Given. As Is - So Be It. Doubleplusgood.
