Yes they do. It is not generally available though. You set your serial port fixed to 19.2KBPS, and connect a cable from your PC to the i390 or i370 (I forget which one - but it is the one that is not very common) phone. Set up a dialing profile for your ISP using your PC's serial port at 19.2KBPS, and hit go.

It is a little slow but it works. Nextel resellers do not know anything about it. If you ask for the hearing impaired features, you may be able to get some info on how to get one.
