That is the story. I was told there was a short note in 'The Oil & Gas Journal' and that a longer article would be in this week's edition.

BTW in your previous note you mention that volume was low last week. Another friend mentioned this to me privately as well. I think there may be a problem with the quote server you are using. It may be only showing activity from one exchange. I use Bloomberg and it shows volume from three exchanges. The bulk of the CCO volume appears on the Boston exchange and a lot of quote providers appear to miss that.

I show CCO showing a big pick up in volume in the middle of last week. Thursday was @167,000 shares which was the largest volume since the spike to 4 1/2 last year.
