I think many of the present LT holders of this stock are like you, SG and myself. We got in when it had its burst above 4 and have been stuck with it, unwilling to take a sizeable and then later a gigantic loss. The ST prospects of "getting your $ back" are next to slim, unless vaso finds a partner with very deep pockets, which of course is still possible. You can decide for yourself whether vaso has the means to create profit in the ST for any prospective partner. The alternative is a very slow incremental growth in the acceptance of EECP by the medical community, a slowness that (1)will continue to produce qtrly ERs that don't justify price appreciation and that(2) is tied to gaining medicare okay (talk about slowness!) for the non-angina use of EECP.

One point on the other side is that when I review one of my dogs with less emotion than reasoned analysis, the market usually disagrees violently. I hope that is the case here. Don't forget the technical aspects of the recent runup. A reasonable number of shares have been acquired under $1 recently and those holders should be expected to dump fairly soon! I hope the glow on vaso lasts somewhat longer.

Jack
