Colin, I understand the rule more clearly now. There are several things I need to do when trading. I have significantly decreased my trading activity. I just need to watch dates and manage buys and sales more closely in the future. This rule cost me dearly with unclaimed losses for last year. Live and learn. Thanks again for the link and the time.
