I think I agree with Senator Phil Gramm
(R-TX) that we should not even bother
with a censure. The demos will just lift
it later and it dilutes the findings of
the House of Representatives.

BTW, did you see how Robert Byrd has
started seeing the light? He said that
the House Managers made a "good case"
for removal and that he is finding the
decision on how to vote very tough. Good
to see that there is some common sense
left in the Senate on the Democratic side
of the isle.
