Hi Bosco, Sorry, I am not from Minnesota. I hail from sunny Florida....previouly New York. I once read an article ( in Forbes? ) that for some unknown reason, Minnesota leads the nation in successful companies when compared to other states on a population basis. I'm just a value investor! It usually pays off for patient investors. Of coarse, we all have different ideas on criteria for value. HTCO should meet most people's criteria....and you get paid with a dividend to wait it out! However, it has been slow going for the value stocks over the last year. There seems to be a gambling frenzy going on today. It even sounds like people are betting (horses) when you read many of the posts related to speculative stocks. I've made some good money on some speculative stks. but much prefer VALUE stocks. regards, Marty
