Censure means nothing substantive, other than serving as a political figleaf for the partisan Dems who ignored all the evidence against Clinton. Which, of course, is why the craven Dems want it.

As one wag put it, if censure had any meaning at all then Andrew Jackson wouldn't be on the $20 bill, would he?
