I meant that volume was still pretty low compared to the peak volume last April when CCO reached $4-1/2. Considering the magnitude of the potential for CCO as described in the Oil & Gas Journal article today along with the legal/political situation where only CCO has a shot at drilling I guess I am more excited than I have ever been about CCO's prospects. I am thinking that my suggested "deal" with the State is too low at $300 million to temporarily put drilling on hold.
Will the WSJ or Barrons pick this story up before the Appeals Court decision? Will a Court decision trigger a WSJ article on CCO? At this point, publicity in a major financial paper could trigger new highs well above the $4.50 of last April. I'm beginning to think that even an adverse court decision may not produce a $0.50 stock price if it generates widespread open discussion.
